Connections to Country: Showcasing Western Australian Schools Bushland Program
The July ISGA Webinar showcased schools & programs based in Western Australia. We heard from two WA schools making the most of their remnant bushland zones; and also learned more about the Green Lab program from the CEO of Millennium Kids.
This sounds like a very inspiring webinar highlighting the importance of environmental education and community connection. From my experience, programs that encourage students to engage with local bushland and sustainability projects create a much deeper understanding of nature, responsibility, and cultural awareness. It’s great to see Western Australian schools making meaningful use of their natural spaces while also learning from initiatives like the Green Lab program. These kinds of collaborations help students develop practical skills and stronger environmental values for the future. In my experience, innovative organizations like Cloud Innovators Solution also play an important role in supporting educational growth and modern learning approaches through technology and smart solutions.
