Webinar: Designing school grounds to support children's mental health and wellbeing - 23rd June
Daily contact with nature is vital for supporting the mental health and well-being of children and young people, and never more than now, as millions of children miss out on the social and emotional benefits of school as well as the learning.
Join the International School Grounds Alliance and the Children & Nature Network for this webinar that will focus on how school grounds can be designed and used to support mental health. Agnieszka Olszewska-Guizzo and Claire Latané will present research, policies and practices that can be implemented in schoolyard design to benefit children and youth's mental health.
Dr. Agnieszka Olszewska-Guizzo - Founder and President of NeuroLandscape - a research NGO; researcher at the National University of Singapore; expert consultant for the European Commission Horizon 2020 programmes; expert at the EKLIPSE Mechanisms for biodiversity.
