ISGA 2020 conference - postponed until 2021
Updated: Mar 27
International School Grounds Alliance conference 2020 – is now in 2021!
Due to the Covid 19 situation around the world, it has been necessary to postpone the conference, so it will now take place on 23rd, 24th & 25th September 2021.
It will take place in Stirling, Scotland and will bring together researchers, educationalists, designs, school pupils and more to share the challenges they face in school grounds development and the solutions they have found. This will be the eight conference in the series and every one is unique but also inspirational.
Scotland has a curriculum that supports outdoor learning and play and we will visit schools and early years settings where children and young people spend time outside whilst at school.
This conference will also provide us with an opportunity to look at how Covid 19 has affected children and young people around the world. How the restrictions to going outside, or not being in schools, have had an impact. We will be asking researchers to join us and share their findings as the world returns to normal.
Visit www.ltl.org.uk to keep up to date with information about the conference.
